These Terms govern your access to and use of Kadster. By creating an account or using Kadster, you agree to these Terms.
Using Kadster
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure and use Kadster only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you publish.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Kadster a limited licence to host, process, display and distribute that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you upload.
Prohibited use
You may not use Kadster for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful or misleading sales, infringement, malware, unauthorised collection of personal data, or content that exploits or endangers others. We may restrict or remove accounts or content that violate these Terms or create risk.
AI-generated features
AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and must be reviewed before use. Do not upload another person’s image without permission. You remain responsible for how generated content is used and represented.
Kadster Video orders
Kadster Video packages are one-time purchases for the number of videos shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and complex or policy-restricted requests may require changes. Because production begins after payment, completed or in-production digital orders are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Kadster cannot fulfil the order. You must have permission to use every submitted image, person, brand and other element.
Kadster Mystery
Each signed-in account receives one free Mystery creation. Additional access is sold as three non-expiring credits for US$4.90 or a US$12.90 pass providing unlimited creation for seven days from activation. These are one-time digital purchases and do not renew automatically. Drawings, answers, hints and guesses must not impersonate, harass, expose private information about or violate the rights of another person. Shared Mystery links and drawings may be publicly accessible to anyone who receives them. Recovery codes are account-specific and should be kept private.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, included features and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated by law.
Partner trials
Eligible new users arriving through an approved Kadster partner may receive a seven-day Pro trial. A valid payment method is required, but no subscription fee is charged when the trial begins. Unless cancelled before the renewal date shown at checkout, the trial automatically becomes a US$9.90 monthly subscription. If the subscription is cancelled or payment fails, the profile returns to the Free plan when Pro access ends.
Promoters and creator partners
Partner applications are open worldwide and require Kadster approval. Approved Sales Promoters receive 15 days and approved Creator Partners receive 30 days of complimentary Partner Pro without a payment card. Every two genuine referred customers whose Pro subscription payment succeeds extends access by another 15 or 30 days respectively. Partner Pro expiry returns the partner’s Kad to Free without deleting saved Pro content and does not close their referral account or eligible commission. Referral credit is limited to genuine new users attributed through the partner’s unique link. Self-referrals, duplicate payment methods, fabricated profiles, misleading trial explanations and other manipulation do not qualify. Kadster may hold, reverse or reject refunded, disputed or fraudulent credit. Commission is based on successfully collected subscription revenue at the rate shown in the partner dashboard, for up to the first 12 months of an attributed customer, and is held for 14 days before payment eligibility. Sales Promoter US$30 daily payments require either 50 verified trials or two paid annual subscriptions during the same global UTC calendar day.
Creator casting and agency partners
Creators control whether they are available for casting and are responsible for the accuracy and rights to their profile, portfolio and uploaded media. Applying shares the creator’s current Casting Kad and application message with the agency that posted the opportunity. Approved Agency Partners may use this information only for legitimate casting, recruitment and collaboration decisions. Agency notes and shortlists are private to that agency. Agencies must publish accurate opportunities, comply with applicable employment, advertising, privacy and anti-discrimination laws, and must not sell applicant data or use it for unrelated purposes. Kadster may suspend opportunities or accounts that are misleading, exploitative, discriminatory or unsafe.
Tips
Eligible Pro profiles may connect their own Stripe account to receive voluntary tips in US dollars. Kadster keeps a 5% platform fee from each tip, and Stripe processing and payout fees may also be deducted from the recipient’s proceeds. The profile owner provides the underlying service and is responsible for payment support, refunds and disputes relating to their tips.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kadster available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend service when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or prevention of misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
Kadster is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Kadster does not guarantee business results, sales or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kadster is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Kadster at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk or legal requirements. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply.
